PHYSICAL SCIENCES - MATHEMATICS - Vision & Mission

The Department of Mathematics was established during 1999-2000 as one optional subject in BSC (MSCs) as a self- financing course in English medium. Later 2008-09 one more course MPCs was also introduced. Again in 2015-16 two more courses MPC and MECs were also introduced. The College was started with a view to cater the needs of women, especially coming from rural areas The subjects offered in combination with Physics, Statistics, Electronics and Computer Science are MPCs (Mathematics, Physics, Computer science), MSCs (Mathematics, Statistics, computer science), MPC (Mathematics, Physics, computer science) and MECs (Mathematics, Electronics, computer science).
